Meatballs Baked in Passata

Based on a Jamie Oliver recipe this is my favourite meatball recipe so far, lovely hints of flavour throughout from the bacon to lemon and parmesan, can add a hint of chilli, and sometimes I throw in some fresh thyme or oregano.

For an evening adult meal I like to roll large sized meatballs, otherwise little mini ones are great.
