Staying on the healthy approach post Christmas, here is a delicious, and so easy, side dish to accompany any main meal involving an Asian flavour or twist.

I like to serve it with the Chao Shao Quick Roast Pork, or simple rare beef or a lovely grilled piece of fish such as snapper.
